  • You are available to attend the call when contacted

We review applications in batches and prioritize clinics that respect scheduled communication.

3️⃣No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

If a clinic does not attend the call:

  • The allocated slot will be automatically cancelled

  • We will Blacklist you & will not follow-up again

  • To request a new evaluation call, a ₹999 rescheduling fee will apply
